Selena Gomez was born on July 22, 1992 in New York City. She is an American actress and singer. In 2003, she played a girl in Spy Kids 3D: Game Over. Selena also starred in three episodes of the second season of Disney’s Hannah Montana, where she performed Mikayla, a pop rival of Hannah Montana. Selena is best known for her role as Alex Russo in the show ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ and as Mary in ‘Another Cinderella Story’. In 2008, Selena recorded a song for Disney Mania 6. And she also sung tree awesome song for “Just another Cinderella Story”. Selena signed a record deal with Hollywood Records just before her 16th birthday and is recording an album due out summer of 2009.
